Complaint against an insurance company

Service description​

The insured member or any of the insurance parties can submit a complaint against the insurance company electronically without the need to visit the Council office.
This request is completed within 10​ working days if the required documents and information are completed

How to use
1- ​Click the button to access the E-service
2- Search and select the company you wish to file a complaint against
3- Add a username/password or continue as a guest
4- You can file a complaint for you or on behalf of a first degree relative or a group
5- Fill your information as a complaint owner
6- If the benefeciary is someone else, fill the benefeciary info
7- If the benefeciary is a group, fill the info for each person seperately by clicking the Add button
8- If the complaint is related to a previous closed complaint, add the number of the previous complaint
9- Fill the complaint details clearly
10- Upload a scan of supporting Documents ()
11- Review the filled application again. Wrong information can cause request cancellation or delay
12- Press Submit
